Training about liability in building work

Law Firm ALTERNA’s attorney-at-law and partner Siret Siilbek provides a training on 20 September 2018 about liability in building work. The training is organised by ALTERNA’s good cooperation partner Addenda.
The purpose of this training is to give an overview about who is liable for the damages in building work and the possibilities of shared liability. Siret is explaining the liability of the customer, the builder, the designer and the person performing owner supervision of the building work.
In addition, Siret is introducing the legal principles of liability, the legal remedies available and the prerequisites of liability. Different types of contracts and contractual agreements about liability are to be discussed as well.
