Training about legal remedies in building contracts

Law Firm ALTERNA’s attorney-at-law and partner Siret Siilbek spoke at a buidling sector training on 26 January 2018 about legal remedies in building contracts.
The idea of the training was to give an overview of how to imply different sanctions and use the rights arising from contracts and law regarding building contracts. It is usual that the main contractor and subcontractor of the building work has performed its work not conforming to the contract or with a significant delay. The training gave answers what to do in these kind of situations whether as a contractor or a customer.
The practical training turned out successful and everyone interested in the topic can expect similar trainings also in the future.
