Law Firm ALTERNA’s partner and attorney-at-law Annika Vait writes in her recent legal blog post about the Supreme Court’s explanations of the procedure of identifying occupational accidents.

In the referred judgement, the employee filed a claim to the court to identify that the employee’s accident was an occupational accident. The Supreme Court found that the court does not have competence over such a claim. The court also explained who shall investigate occupational accidents.
