SEMINAR: Obligations of Management Board Members

The partners of law firm ALTERNA Ms. Siret Siilbek and Mr. Helmeri Indela held a seminar aimed to the members of the management bodies and shareholders of companies. The seminar focused on the question what is the required code of conduct of the management and in which occasions management actions may cause civil-, administrative- or penal liability.
