Seminar: Everything important about the Building Code

Law Firm ALTERNA’s attorney-at-law and partner Siret Siilbek speaks about liability at construction site at a seminar taking place on 12 February 2020.

This practical seminar will discuss what is liability at construction site and how does it occur. We speak about the substance of liability and realisation of claims that it entails. We bring examples of mistakes in earlier cases, results of the cases and how to avoid such mistakes.

We also discuss legalisation and practice of unlawful building, main functions and rules of the register of construction works and construction procurements and qualification in the light of the Building Code.

Seminar takes place on 12 February 2020 in Tallinn from 10:00 to 15:50.
