CONFERENCE ON PUBLIC PROCUREMENT – NEW DIRECTIONS
 
Trainings about the new law entering into force, explaining the new regulations in two auditoriums at the same time, one for tenderers and the other one for contracting authorities. 
There are several presenters, such as lawmakers, Estonian best attorneys in the field of public procurement, lawyers and public procurement experts.

ALTERNA’s attorney-at-law Epp Lumiste is explaining whether the new Public Procurement Act incurs fundamental changes in evaluating the tenders and which are the differences between Public Procurement Act and EU directives. Epp is also giving recommendations on how to draw up a tender that is obtained the highest possible score.

FinantsTreff 2017 is the highlight event in the field of finance and accounting, where participants are introduced a broad variety of actual topics, given instructions from practitioners and provided information for everyday activities.

ALTERNA’s attorney-at-law Epp Lumiste is providing an overview of the tax liabilities when an Estonian employer is sending an employee to a business trip abroad. Also about which are the main amendments when hiring aliens and transferring employees within concerns. Epp is explaining what the Estonian employer definitely has to take into consideration when hiring an alien. Which special requirements are applying when using temporary agency work.
