Lawyer: implementing the prohibition on business is too complicated

Law Firm ALTERNA’s partner and attorney-at-law Siret Siilbek wrote an article about implementing the prohibition on business for Majandus24.ee portal.

Siret expressed her opinion that in Estonian legal landscape, applying the prohibition on business has become complicated and its implementation is almost impossible. She considered that it would be reasonable to establish clear prerequisites of the prohibition on business, which would also be an effective way to impede bankruptcy activity.
