Law firm ALTERNA's training of legal remedies regarding construction contracts is approaching

Once again, about the available remedies to construction contracts will be spoken and examples, guidance and recommendations for the preparation of statements and claims will be given.

Approaching in both, contractor’s and customer’s perspective, law firm Alterna’s partner and attorney-at-law Siret Siilbek gives an overview of the main problems regarding the construction contracts and of the solutions for them, while basing on the case law and legislation.

Practical training is taking place on 8 October 2015 in Addenda training class (Tammsaare tee 47) at 10:00 to 17:15.
