Labour law seminar coming up next week!

On 14 March 2018 takes place Äripäev Labour law seminar, where Law Firm ALTERNA’s attorney-at-law Epp Lumiste is speaking about amendments in enforcement procedure that affect the employer.

Epp explains that the requirements of the amount of income in enforcement procedure have changed – a bailiff may seize up to 20% of the minimum income of a debtor.

At the seminar, Epp will give an overview about:

How will the prohibition of seizure imply if the income is below the minimum subsistence level?
How is it possible to seize an income from 140 euros?
What has the amendment caused in practice of calculating wages?
