Annika Vait, attorney-at-law and partner of the ALTERNA law firm, continues as a member of the commercial law committee of the Estonian Bar Association.

In connection with the expiry of the authorization of the members of the commercial law committee of the Estonian Bar Association, the board of the bar association appointed a new commercial law committee last week. Among other members, our attorney and partner Annika Vait will continue as a member.

The purpose of the Commercial Law Commission’s activities is to assist and advise the bodies and members of the Bar Association in matters related to legislation or practice in the field of commercial law. Also analyzing business law legislation and legal practice and drafting amendments.
