CEE Legal Matters: ALTERNA has successfully represented Eventus Ehitus

In its article on 31 July, the magazine and the web edition of CEE Legal Matters reflected the dispute of Eventus Ehitus in connection with the construction of Pärnu Peach Stadium.

Among other things, CEE Legal Matters brought out, that Alterna’s dispute team, led by Partner Siret Siilbek, has successfully represented Eventus Ehitus in litigation over public procurement proceedings relating to its tender to construct the new Parnu Beach Stadium, leading 11-month long dispute to the signing of the construction contract.
