ALTERNA counselled dispute was discussed in the law journal Juridica

Annika Vait and Siret Siilbek, Partners in Law Firm ALTERNA, recently successfully represented a shareholder, who wished to exercise his right to obtain information, in a dispute which reached the Supreme Court (Civil Matter No. 3-2-1-86-13). The Supreme Court’s ruling set a precedent and because of it an article about this ruling was published in Juridica, a journal published by the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu.
