A new webseminar is coming – Agency Agreement and Commission Agreement – Tax Issues and Problems

On 12th of October 2016 Law Firm ALTERNA´s partner and attorney-at-law Annika Vait will be a lecturer in webseminar, where the legal, accounting and tax issues will be covered regarding agency agreement and commission agreement.  

Law Firm ALTERNA´s partner and attorney-at-law Annika Vait will give an overview how to distinguish agency agreement and commission agreement from the other contracts for provision of services and about the main terms and conditions of agency agreement and commission agreement. As well, the most important statutory terms and conditions concerning agency agreement and commission agreement will be handled. Annika will also give advice, which agreement should be chosen in which case.

Tax specialist and auditor Tõnis Jakob will speak about tax treatment comparisons concerning agency agreement and commission agreement. Tõnis will also give an overview about accounting and tax issues and problems of agency agreement and commission agreement.

Webseminar will take place on 12th of October 2016 in training firm Addenda´s webinar online environment at 10:00 to 12:00. It would be possible to monitor the training via internet at work, at home or at any other suitable place for you.
